Bookings & Reservations

Bookings can be secured with a non refundable deposit of £100.00, which must be paid within 5 working days of the initial reservation.

The full amount must be received by the due date printed on the booking form or it will be treated as a cancellation.

Late bookings must be paid in full within 5 working days.

A working land line number must be given for us to accept your booking.

We will contact you by telephone to confirm your booking.

Changing your holiday date is subject to availability.

Cancelling your holiday could result in any monies been paid not being refunded if your holiday cannot be resold.

Booking the Caravan

The caravan will not be let to persons under the age of 21 or to groups of the same sex. My caravan is for family use only, I will not allow more than 4 adults without children.

Only those people listed on the booking form can occupy the caravan.

Failure to comply with these and the park rules could result in being asked to leave without a refund being made.

No ball games around the caravans / car parks there are dedicated areas for ball games on the park.

There is a £50.00 bond that will be refunded at the end of your holiday providing the caravan has been left clean and undamaged.

All damages must be paid for by the party leader and reported to the caravan owner (caravan.rent) using the contact details provided.

Any unauthorised repairs or replacement to inventory will be at the expense of the party leader.

Please contact us if you wish to use electrical equipment other than that which is provided with the Caravan.

You will need passes to enter the Complex at extra cost to yourselves. Passes are available to purchase from the parks reception, or can be pre-ordered (we will supply the paper work). 

The caravan must be left clean and tidy and any items not belonging to us must be removed from the caravan on the day of your departure (This includes soaps and rubbish in bins) ready for the next holiday makers to enjoy the caravan. Failure to do this will result in the loss of your bond.

Smokers must smoke outside the caravan, if the caravan has been smoked in you will be charged £50.00 for steam cleaning and lose your bond. Please use the smoking areas provided.

We cannot accept pets.

Please respect other guests on the park by making as little noise as possible after 10pm.

Non Responsibility

The caravan owner cannot accept liability for injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any other member of your party.

Polite Notice: We try to offer all our holiday makers our caravans at discounted prices. In return we expect our holidays makers to leave our caravan clean, tidy and undamaged.
